Today a woman and her three year old son were hit by an SUV while she was trying to cross the road, NOT at a cross walk or lights!!!
I've been reading about this every few weeks. This summer I can remember 5 or 6 times that I've heard of a kid and their mother hit by a car because they were jaywalking.

today while I was out for a walk with my dogs and my cousin we came across a rabbit and a squirrel hanging out together on someones front lawn
when they saw us they ran away

this friday ben and i are leaving for vicky's house. its going to be a really gross 16 hour bus ride, but oh wells. cheaper then flying. we are staying with vicky for a week and then driving down to chicago for acen. there we'll be picking up wes from the airport and the four of us are gonna party all weekend...wooooooo

(just to explain it a little: dans snake was injured when it was very young when a mouse attacked it. we had to bring it to the vet and everything. its also getting older and starting to go mental attacking itself and the glass etc.)
